Seasons greetings, everyone The holidays are just around the corner, so I’m delivering some brand-new commissioned goodies Starting with this stunning illustration brought to you by Preesoul from deviantART, featuring Hitomi Kanzaki and Merle from The Vision of Escaflowne anime series.
I’ve always wanted to see these two characters in a macro/micro scenario. What better way than to have a shrunken Hitomi trapped and smothered in Merle’s sandal? To make matters worse for the minuscule schoolgirl, the inside of Merle’s shoes can get pretty hot and moist, despite being open-toed footwear Hitomi’s completely overpowered and overwhelmed by the intense pungent steam; the unbearable odor of damp fur and sweaty leather; and the suffocating weight of Merle’s sole and toes stained with several days worth of collected dirt! Meanwhile, Merle’s loving her new favorite cat toy she’s gonna relish every single moment!

Personally, I didn’t care much for the show itself, but I’d never forget a sandal-wearing cutie like Merle I’ve been meaning to commission a concept with her for a long time now, and I don’t plan on stopping with just this one!
Yeah, the artist did a remarkable job The dirt detail was his own input, as well as the perspiration, so major kudos to him for doing that!
