Woot, second part of the prologue is out! i sincerely hope that you guys are enjoying these and find the characters interesting. Here we start with the Kitsune magician Lilla Manst, who has just received a job that will take him to Lelour, where Nate lives. Coincidence? eh, maybe. Anyway, enjoy!

The cavern was small and almost unnoticeable to anyone not looking past the ivy that was covering the entrance. A small fire was the only source of light within, and the only sounds were water dripping from the ceiling and 2 voices discussing buisness. “So, my next mission takes me to Lelour, then?” Said Lilla, a young kitsune magician. His employer responded in a hushed whisper, as if he was scared someone was listening. “Yes, you are tasked with taking a magical artifact from House Grandaz. Simple job, the guards won't be much of an effort. However, their second son seems to be training in an unusual style of swordplay, so watch out if you run into him.” “Hmph, as long as I stay out of range, no mere swordsman can defeat me.” This brought a chuckle out of Lilla's employer, which cause the kitsune to raise an eybrow. His employer caught himself and said “ah, a bit of smugness, I like that. I already know you have the skills to back it up, but you can never be too careful, right? Anyway, you should get prepared, the longer you take the less you get paid for this.” With those last words, Lilla's employer stood up and made his way back to the nearby town.
“I thought we were mercenaries, not thieves....I'll have to look into the guilds inside dealings when I get back....” Lilla said, voicing his thoughts out loud while he prepared a light sack to carry on his back. Nothing spectacular was within it, well, nothing spectacular to anyone except Lilla, as the sack contained his most precious possessions: A photo of him and his family when he was young so he would never forget their faces, a slab of rock obtained from an old set of ruins that Lilla thought contained some unknown knowledge, Wizard's Blaster brand of diapers to increase his magical ability, and a small wand made from processed yew wood. Lilla double check to see if anything, mainly the photo and the slab of rock, fell out while he was placing things in the sack, and once he was certain everything was inside, he set out to the kingdom's capital: Lelour, Shining City of Hope....
