High-Low had done a good job of creating her own half-fursuit, and wanted to test-drive it on the fursuit parade. A lack of exhaust on the fursuit head meant that the area where the furry was supposed to look out of fogged up to the point that she couldn't see at all. For most of the parade, she had to be guided around and given descriptions of where she was and what to expect.
