As a new student, seeing these stages of digital art progression really helps me and I do so love it!!! Thank you for sharing!! The piece turned out really lovely. Do you use the same program for the linework as well as colors? I'm currently using Clip Studio EX for both with Lazy Nazumi for stabilization.

I use Pgotoshop for both process, for lineart i do it in handwork mode, on first time is dificult and take some time, but with pratice you can do it more fast, have some tutorials on here: http://tutorial-for-all.tumblr.com/ always help me a lot.
I was seeing here about Clip Studio EX, and I think it's much better, there are several things that can help you int?!!!
