I'm curious, have you read the original book, Phantastus?

Yes, it is actually my very favorite King book (although naturally there are directions it chooses to go that I really wish it didn't-- you probably know what I mean) because so many of its themes hit very close to home for me. So seeing such a great adaptation come to the big screen really felt like going home!

That said, this picture was also a commission (the kid who bought it was cosplaying Richie, and their mom was cosplaying Eleven from Stranger Things-- talk about a dynamic duo!), so while I was delighted to be paid money to draw horror fanart, I technically wasn't the one who chose the topic, lol!
