You can find a large assortment of dryad fae in the woods, some of them kinder than others. In the wild, finding a large pitcher fae would surely mean death, they can lure you in with speech and snatch you up with the tentacles, stuffing you down in the pitcher to be consumed slowly.
They can be befriended and cultivated. They need a high protein feed diet, so people who are faint at heart with the concept of feeding frozen mice to snakes would be advised to not bother attempting to keep one. But if you can both access animals ranging from the size of racoons to full grown livestock, they can be great to have around. Human level intelligence, with an obvious kinship with nature.
They are unable to travel, being rooted to the ground. They do enjoy being potted so they can travel, some of them employing movement aid devices both magic or technological. However, it is rare to see them participating in larger homogenized societies.
To call them plant girls would be inaccurate, but in gendered languages they will choose pronouns for themselves. It is ultimately a fun activity for them, generally dropping use of the pronoun after the individual with the gendered language leaves.

These folks find mating fascinating, but a little strange at the same time. They will become interested in kissing and fondling with their hands, but what they really enjoy doing is submerging the person into their pitcher and using their tentacles as their actual hands and fingers.
Not all of the mucus made by them is digestive, some of it can be rather sweet, almost intoxicating. They will coat the person entirely with the sweet slime and with their almost endless tentacles, entering any available hole.
If they are too hungry, or they do not like you much, you do run a risk of them having a change of heart, and choosing rather to consume you. They will hold you in, distract you until you are too weak to escape, and switch to the digestive slimes. A full grown human in a full grown pitcher will last only about 3 days before only bones are left.
