I'm unsure if she's supposed to be wearing stockings or if there's just no leg markings been drawn. Assuming they're translucent stockings and my own wild colour guess, here's the flat colours I've knocked out so far. Guide meh! :D

I will be of course. This is just flat colours, and I'd count the moon as a highlight since it glows. :3
Many layers to go yet! I'm practising "doing it right" on this which means each layer'll get it's own highlight and lowlight layers to make sure things stay tidy. ^_^;
