Can see a good part of the tail here, and his spine with fins. I mean check those legs. When he walks that tail swings from side to side rather than just hang limp. Not seen better wings either, most people find it hard to find the right material, he used eletrical cable surroundings (without the metal bits) as the finger sections for the wings then gave them some foam and latex coverings. The mebranes are just cotton soaked in latex.
I do love this outfit, it's all buff and muscly.
