Sketch: $25, Cleaned up b/w: $35, Flat colors: +$5
Complexity may alter the price. Multiple characters depends on the specifics and how much of each is obscured. Almost any content is fine. Just ask! I will almost certainly have no problem whatsoever drawing it.
