Solid Snake, one of l, if not THE best character development in existence; remember what he said to Maryl back in MGS1? All the things he said how he’s always alone and has no emotional connection? Look at MGS4 where everything he thought was wrong even as a dying old man, he’s still beloved by many friends, I believe this outright more then just fits him
