Personality:
Quiet, unemotional, and with a questionable set of ethics, Phillip is considered by many to be crazy, though this is far from the truth. Hides his emotions well, but feels just as strongly as anyone else does. Taciturn in nature, he is nonverbal and very rarely speaks, preferring to communicate through his actions, subtle expressions, and occasional telepathy. Has a dry sense of humour. A bit of a hard-ass. Dignified. Uptight. Honourable. A proud creature, he doesn’t tolerate being disrespected or slighted in any way (aside from heckling from his little siblings, or general embarrassing stories from his adult family). Not above acting a little silly every now and then. Easily flustered. Protective of his siblings and those that cannot protect themselves. Has a soft side. Intelligent, but his judgement can often be clouded by his morals or emotions. Will always keep fighting, no matter what. Tenacious.

Permanently damaged from an event in his past that resulted in his soul torn into seven pieces (six being lost across the world as physical ‘gems’, the seventh remaining inside him) that have since been found put back together, Phillip retains a notoriously quick temper that was near constantly running high during the fifteen years of being divided. Distrusts strangers.

Other:
- His eyes have different ‘triggers’ for changing colours, both intentional on his part and tied to his emotions (particularly anger). Usually switches between green and yellow with each blink when messing with someone. Red is only seen when seriously pissed off or using particularly destructive magic, both of which go hand in hand. Emotion-wise, his eyes tend to be green when neutral or otherwise experiencing positive emotions, yellow with mildly negative emotions, and red when sufficiently enraged or in a state of utter grief and pain.

- Phillip has a heavy Scandinavian-Russian accent, courtesy of his father who hailed from the region to Hyperborea’s far north. Many who hear him speak for the first time are deeply surprised by his voice, considering how out of place it is for someone who had never left Empyrea before. As an adult, he speaks more than he did in childhood, but not by much.

- A notorious sweet tooth, no sugary item is safe from him whenever he gets cravings, and he has been known to ravage the kitchen in his hunt for cookies. Phillip has a particular weakness for honey.

- As an adult in full control of his domain, Phillip all but disappears from the palace, preferring to wander about pegasus homeland of Fólkvangr, and the tundras and Taiga to Empyrea’s north, rescuing those in need.
