So I'm making this mod for GTA The Ballad of Gay Tony where you can play as Rouge. I'm also going to replace the artwork seen in the game, so here are some of the pictures that will be used.
The mod has been a hassle to make because of the limitations of the game engine and there are still some bugs that I need to fix. Nevertheless, I have created completely new outfits for Rouge to wear, since TBOGT has a wardrobe system, and I don't want to copy the same clothes over and over again. Of course I'll also include outfits from the Sonic games, such as the regular gray bodysuit/pink heartplate/white high boots outfit and the Sonic Riders outfit.

No. It's one of the downfalls I encountered when making this mod. It wouldn't be feasible to replace every piece of dialogue in the game with her voice. The player character has too many unique lines that you couldn't find any Rouge's lines that would fit. Maybe you could replace all the yells and grunts in the game with hers but you'd need to have over a hundred different ones in order to have some variety. Otherwise you'd get bored really fast if you listened to the same few sound clips over and over again.
