On his travels across the American Southwest, WulfBane discovers there is some sort of big to-do going at his latest stop. Seems they're having the inaugural lighting of a Moonlight Tower, the latest in 19th Century technology to help light up a town at night. What could go wrong?

When I first heard about them, it felt like a fun thing to take literal and use as part of a steampunk werewolf story.
