After nearly dieing from a failed mission, Infernocto wakes up to find that all of his brown fur is gone and replaced by a hard, dark red skin that's almost as hard as steel, and has weird mysterious guanlets on his legs and arms that seem to be magical and enhances his fire powers. Not so long after, Infernocto finds that his colleagues had betrayed him and that they've planned his death all along, with them being afraid of how strong Infernocto is. Heartbroken, Infernocto swore that one day he'll destroy them all and burnt them all, along with his shadow monster companion. Years after that terrible experience, he now works under Void, being at his beck and call.
