Soooo. a while ago i joined a one off D&D session with some friends at a local gaming and pub centre and it was loads of fun. :) When we did the 'pick' a character for the session after looking at the first couple i saw the high elf wizard pre gen and went "done mine!" running through his sheet i quickly gave him some ideas on hair color eyes etc, took as all the spells i wanted and was ready for a night of fantasy and heroics in D&D setting. really looking forward to it. (more so because i took a character flaw that he is a touch unhinged but hey his a wizard it works!).
my one greatest flaw though was i had this idea for a wizard who was quirky and weird and he specializes in electricity magic! after all nothing more amusing then calling out "lightning bolt!" in ya best nerd voice while having fun with friends. my problem was though i didn't know what to name this elf. i suffered a blank, then after pondering that my Elf may have electrocuted himself one to many times it may have affected his memory including remembering his name! and as such "Sparks or Sparky' was born as i said most likely it was a nickname given to him by one of the other players and he responds to it so it stuck!. we had a flaw i was crazy and even got the telling blow on a few times while getting knocked out cold a few times due to giant spiders hating my face and lightning! :P
anyway. a wonderful friend of mine. got into talking about how she was doing a patreon event themed around doing D&D artwork for a month! and so i told her about Sparky to get her thoughts on the amusing elf of mine and she thought he was hilarious and quite fitting of my crazy ways. :) so during her special themed event i gave the kitten eyes rolled around and most likely begged more then i should if she could do Sparky and make a pic of him and well *holds out hir paws* and i love every moment of this picture!
as such all i must say is go see my friend! i bet she could make a most wonderful and awesome piece of work for you too!!
