With the standard Thompson drum magazine the capacity was 50rds of .45acp, you your drum carrying fifty rounds would be pretty realistic as far as ammo capacities of magazines go. Cool picture by the way.

.45 ACP isent that good for a atomatic gun the recoil iss to heavy so you will mostly hit eberything but not your taget

That's why there's the semi auto selection. A 3-round burst shouldn't be too innacurate.

.45 isn't a good caliber for a sub gun? Are you kidding me? The Thompson M1A1 was one of the most successful submachine guns ever made. Not to mention the more recently desgined UMP Sub made by Hekler and Koch with is starting to gain quite a reputation for itself due to the lack of .45 sub guns. Which is something that's been starting to be desired again to bridge the gap between the 9x19 and the .556 in terms of stopping power versus over-penetration of the high velocity rounds and the .45 is starting to get very popular again in the sub gun field. Do some more homework.
