Story: Theo and his family have been living around Puff Vista for awhile, taking advantage of the beaches to start their businesses and living very well. Theo runs a snow cone shack with his brother in the summer, and does various odd jobs in the winter when it’s not as popular. No matter the season, Theo loves swimming and can often be seen relaxing in the bay in the afternoon.
Personality: Theo is a very happy and carefree boy! Theo adores people, as well as the ocean. He's more excitable than his brother, and less mature, for sure. But Theo doesn't let anything stop him, and always wants to make new friends. He can be naive, but has a smart brain in his head and looks before he leaps. Family is the most important thing to him, and always wants to succeed to help his family in any way he can, and even considers his close friends to be family. He's helpful, sociable, and sweet as can be, and will always invite you in for a snow cone, or for a dip in the ocean with him.
