After what happened on the mansion (https://capo16.deviantart.com/art/Dixie-goes-back-to-the-mansion-669678355 ) Dixie use the orb to start the treatment and works but not only that she starts to change into her normalself, she doen't know how but is happening and she is happy, now she looks like a female version of her maleself, at last progress.
