It's my creation.
As I kind of slowly piece together a story canon for Tegon and Alix, one of the important threads that immediately jumps out at me from the story "The Adviser" is that Alix has somewhat of a similar STEM-focused career as Tegon. Mixing up strange chemicals with a bit of dragon magic is the perfect way to make yourself a nice shrinking potion...wonder if she'll use it on someone she knows?
The commission's title refers to the 80s classic of the same name.
