A new character that's been on my mind plus been a trial to get out for a long while x3x;

Character Mix by RRRandomness - Needed some help by using this to help bring him out alittle more cause honestly I was art block on trying to come up on how he would look x3x;;;
Also had a few pointers from a good friend when creating his appearance ^^
