Still, this is the second example of something I mentioned on the Pelt piece - characters being shadowed by their powers. Only, looking in the background, you may not this isn't a picture of Raphael; This is a picture of MANY Raphaels.
You see, Raph is a multiplier, capable of duplicating himself over and over. Of course he'd never use that for ill. You can trust Raphael.
