I drew a lot of lionesses/kiaras for funsies and practice-

first I tried to imitate “Lion King Style” and draw Kiara without looking at any pictures and hoo boy i didnt think it was so bad until i went and looked up TLK pics for reference

then I just drew a generic lion, like how I would normally draw someones character if their character was Kiara and i was going from memory.

third I referenced that TLK2 pic of kiara and learned how utterly off I was from memory

fourth I looked at a photo of a lioness and sketched that

lastly, I took stuff I liked from each and tried to draw something that I like. I kinda like it!
