Hehe, it's a walker for the Chaosdaemons, the Warhammer 40k daemon army. Imagine a powerful daemon bound into the metal shell of a Defiler. Voluntarily, not forced to, like the daemons powering those usually are. Can have some nasty weapons on it, and it's not exactly pleasant in close combat either.
Lessee... cold one from a dark elf cold one, lower jaw is from the red terror.. upper head is from a tyranid warrior of some sort- legs are from a fantasy boar rider... is the body too? Not sure about the barrel/saddle- and you probably swapped his axe and the arm with the shoota on it. Barrel from the old 'urban terrain' sprue...?
The 'squig' body is from an old cold one, it's head from a carnifex, various ork parts for the rider (could be almost any with those), the left hand is at least partly from an ogre, as is the barrel behind him. The saddle is probably sculpted, except for the bit right in front of him, even though I can't remember where I have seen that before.
All in all very nicely done though.

yuss, most of the orks body was the musician and the boss pig rider legs from the fantasy command sprue
as for the pouches on the asddle, i think they were either orkboyz or kroot
and thank you!! though in hinds sight i really wish i had chopped off the tyranid tusks and replaced them with something less insectoid
