So long as he isn't in danger of his life I imagine that this is Eternal at his happiest, physically restrained but with his spirit free and with his adorable expression he might just be at the 'mercy' of some attractive woman of unknown species. Though that looks like Fafnir next to him and one or two others most likely also tied up, so maybe Eternal has been a little mischievous and tied the others up before managing to tie himself up so they could all share in his happiness. Maybe though he's just thinking about cheese.
