I blame Sun & Moon anime for this inspiration. :P
So for those who wouldn't aware for awhile, Team Rocket always gets carried away by Bewear whenever TR were about to be blasted off or even win. It also shows in some scenes Bewear is pretty protective and hospitable towards Team Rocket.

Then one day Bewear finds an package of diapers from the Pokémon Center.
The first one gets to be padded by Bewear is of course Jessie, who isn't really thrilled one bit but at the same time doesn't want to make Bewear angry. It's either get hugged to death yet again or wear the very thick diaper with no complains.
