:One day in Care-A-Lot, Bright Heart Raccoon was finishing up a new restraining device and toy, thinking about how they can use it on Beastly. He's been working almost three days straight fixing the machine's around him and was feeling brunt out. But the purple raccoon's mind thought about his friend and fellow inventor/repair bear, Grumpy.

For a few minute's, Bright Heart figured he could test it on Grumpy but he also thought about trying it out on himself. After a few more tune up's, Bright Heart called Grumpy over to his workshop tree house and once Grumpy arrived, Bright Heart explained what they were (leaving out the function of the small toy) and asked his friend to try out one set while he tried the other.

"Wait, how would we get out if we're both trapped?" Grumpy asked cautiously and Bright Heart counted "They're voice activated Grumpy. Watch. Stocks open!" The bear watched as the stocks raised themselves so the two could fit in. Slowly, the two went to them, sat on the pillow's Bright Heart set up earlier, and once the two set their wrist and ankles in place, Bright Heart order them to close and the Care Bear and Cousin were trapped. No way to pull out but not feeling any discomfort with the padding in the hole slot's.

For the two, five minute's might as well have been twenty, but the tickling finally stopped and the two took in deep breath's and Bright Heart called out for the stocks to open and quickly the two rubbed the tickle sensation's out of their feet. "Sorry again Grumpy. I figured we both needed to laugh. I've overwork for some days now and you might need a reason to smile." "Hmmph, I guess I should thank you, but you owe me big time for tricking me." "Sure, just name it." "You get back in that contraption and I tickle you for as long as I want.
