With how prone Theo is to being TFed, naturally something would happen when he finally gets to meet someone else as TF prone, such as Karen.

Theo strolled towards the the edge of town, his tail flicking behind him happily as it reflected his mood. The anthro lion was on his way to the trading post a few miles east of the town center, down by the river. He was looking to acquire some exotic herbs to be used in a special dinner he was going to make for his mate Felicia. As he rounded the corner of the last building he was broken from his thoughts by a sudden string of curses being shouted of to his right.
“God Dammit!!!” A tall tough looking young woman with reddish brown hair, was kicking a crate that had seemingly fallen off the the back of a small wagon, spilling its contents on the ground.
Intrigued Theo walked over, “Excuse me, do you need some assistance?” he asked, looking over the cheap looking arcane trinkets that had spilled out of the crate.
The woman looked at him suspiciously before softening her gaze a bit, “I would appreciate that sir” she said with a bit of grumpiness to her voice, though theo felt it was more directed at the crates than him.
“What are these anyway?” Theo said as he bent down and began picking them up, “some kind of magical charms?”
“I don’t know to be honest” the woman grumbled, “I was just hired to escort this wagon to the trading post, but the driver hasn’t shown up and the river barge leaves at sunset.”
“Oh well, I’m Heading there as well, I could accompany you if you want” Theo smiled, It would be nice if he didn’t have to walk there, and this woman seemed nice enough.
“Sure, as thanks for helping me clean up this mess” The woman smiled “I’m Karen by the way” she held out a gloved hand.
“You can call me Theo” He said shaking her hand, before grabbing the last trinket off the ground and examining it.
It appeared to be a cheaply made statue of a cat, with glowing blue eyes, made to look expensive but was far too light to be. As he turned it over to see if there was a makers mark on it, he was gave a surprised yelp as it accidentally slipped from his paws, falling to the ground and smashing into a million pieces on a rock, a faint wisp of magic escaping for a second before disappearing.
“Oh Dear...Im sorry” Theo said to Karen who was wearing an annoyed expression.
“Don’t worry about it, There not gonna notice one missing...Just try not to break anymore” she grumbled and climbed up onto wagon. Theo followed, grabbing the reigns as the tired looking mare set off down the road, not able to shake the odd feeling that had begun to come over him.
It started with his mane beginning to itch, so much so that he couldn't help but scratch at it every so often, to focused on relieving the itch that he didn’t notice strands falling out every time he scratched. He found himself having adjust his glasses a lot as they seemed to keep slipping down his muzzle, like they were too big for him, and speaking of big, were his clothes always this loose?
Theo was starting to worry, maybe it had something to do with that trinket that broke?
“Hey Karen, Who did you say Meeoow…..” Theo stopped and covered his mouth in shock. Had he just meowed?
“Did I wha-?” Karen turned around from scanning the woods for threats to look at theo. “What happened to your mane? And are you shrinking?” she asked concerned, while seeming to scoot back a bit from him.
“What’s wrong with my MEooow” Theo meowed again feeling around his neck and finding his beautiful mane was gone, all that was left was his regular fur, which as he looked was gaining a bit of a striped pattern as it tinged more orange.
Panicking Theo let go of the reigns as he tried to examine himself more, any further attempts he made to ask for help from Karen just coming out as strained meows that seemed to get higher in pitch with each one no matter how hard he tried to talk. His hands were quickly losing their dexterity as his thumbs shrunk away into his wrists, the paw pads swelling and making the remaining digits cumbersome and thick.
Theo let out a yowl as a bump in the road sent his now much smaller frame onto the floorboard of the wagon, getting tangled up in his now tent like clothes as he lost sight of the outside as he fell inside his shirt. Emerging on all 4’s a few moments later, as he crawled out of his shirts neck hole.
“Well, apparently that’s what happens when ya break one of these’’ Karen said a bit nervously as Theo hopped back on the bench and gave her an angry meow.
“Hey I didn’t know!” Karen said defensively and scooting over to the driver's seat, picking up Theo’s clothes and glasses so they didn’t get lost.
“We’ll ask the buyer at the trading post if he knows more, if I had to guess based on how cheap these things are made, it’s only gonna last a few hours.” she smiled encouragingly
Theo only responded with an annoyed meow and layed down on his former garb, at least he would have a story or Felicia when he got back, if he could talk that is.
