She's both beautiful and INCREDIBLY adorable! Her character design is quite wonderful, as it's both as alien and spectacular as the sea itself. I wonder if, whenever she propels herself from the sea, she can glide like other rays can (or, at least, just leap out of the water gracefully in general).
