the remaining Echidnas of the Knuckles Clan and Norcturnus Clan rebuild on the land that took to the sky after the Chaos monster attacked.
a mix of peacful and tech as their new home hidden in the mouhtings, and with the Tech they made 7 gold rings that the Nocturnus made to power their machines, to pray tribute to the Master emerald, and to rebuild its temple.
high up the blue hedgehog name calling him self Runnic watch over them hoping they won't become gone like most of the people.
but soon the Echidnas find a remainer of the Nocturnus, the Gizoid prototype.
it must had been use to fight off the monster tentacules but was swung off and landed on the island.
Many that survived had lost hope, many had lost more. Yet among the fallen, a strong group would soon rise. In their attempts to reunite their peoples, the survivors began work on a new city, bearing in mind the cost of their old home was, and made sure to limit their technology. The result was a mix of nature and technology as their new home hidden in the mountains overlooking the crater their ancient home once stood. The final reminder of their old home was the 7 gold rings that the Nocturnus made to power their machines. These rings granted power to complete the city as well as to construct a temple to pray tribute to the Master emerald which too had survived.
High above the city, the one built by the survivors, the hedgehog known as Runnic watches. He had lost the most when Nocturnus was destroyed, he lost his first family, his first home…and his first love. He swore it as his duty to make sure the same did not happen. He would come down to the city, the only non-echidna to be welcomed by the people.
During his time, the survivors uncovered the Gizoid, the project that had once been built to be use for war, yet it was use to try and stop the monster from taking the city, lie deep within the ground nearby. Many believed it had been left here, but in truth, it was activated to fight, having not gained enough power, it was quickly defeated.
