A bit of info on these two. Jax is a demon that chooses to hold the form of a cat.
He went insane after his collar was broken and when Ryhs tried to calm him down, he was brutally injured.
Jax felt horrible for it and has been trying to get Rhys to talk to him. The only way Rhys can speak is through writing on someone's palm. The injuries Jax had inflicted on him sealed his voice to the point that he literally can't speak.

He loves Jax and wants to pursue him as a love interest but he's so afraid of him that he just can't.
