I decided to join the Secret Santa at the GemExchange. I got SullenPlummet in the random draw. I went through there characters and while so many were absolutely beautiful, Sureina jumped out to me due to how few pictures were in her gallery. That and I am a sucker for browns and greens... And I wanted to try puffy hair XD
At first I was having a real issue drawing. My brain just said nope... My brain just refused to comprehend the human form. It looked awful. Then I decided to do a waist up to see if the legs were what was throwing me... I guess it was. So I really like how this came out. Very serene. I know Deepforge Clan crafters are the types to live deep underground. So I figured if they do come up, it would be at night as their eyes wouldn't adjust to light well. That is why I went with the night sky. That and I like night! I imagine she carved the star gem and had it enchanted as a light source to carry with her <3
