[Begin log, Officer Gomu]

Back in xxx80, a summer camp had opened up in the forests surrounding Key City and Million Town.
I'm sure you're familiar with the story of Camp Evergreen...But just in case, I'll give you a brief breakdown.

Around xxx82, both campers and staff began to go missing after apparently wandering off into the woods.
Searches were held but bodies were never found, just scraps of cloth and tufts of fur.
People just chalked it up to getting caught by whatever monsters roamed the deep forest or just wandered in too deep to find.
In xxx85, a rusted bear trap and a severed foot was found by a hiker.
Soon after, the camp was shut down and the surrounding forest was made off limits to the public.

Moving on ahead to xxx01, we'll occasionally have to send officers to chase out thrill seekers and idiot kids who keep going to the abandoned Camp Evergreen to party or to test how brave they are.
Urban legends would go around about the camp being haunted by those who were lost.
Some officers would report hearing a howling...No, more like a screaming coming from the empty camp and further investigations revealed nothing.

[Evergreen Massacre]

The Evergreen Massacre is what people here call the incident that happened between a deranged individual and a group of 5 teenagers that ventured up there to party.
According to people in the surrounding areas, this group of six had headed to the area despite being warned by the locals about the dangers.
The group had disregarded all warnings and headed into the camp around sun down.

Around 4 AM on May 9th xxx02, we received a call from Hayden ████.
The caller was frantic and almost unintelligible, claiming that "They were all dead" and "To get the fuck up here"
They were able to give us their location at a local general store and units were sent.

At 4:30 AM that same morning, we found Hayden ████ crouched in the back room, covered in blood and wielding a machete.
The subject was detained and told us about their friends at the camp.
Back up units were called in and began their investigation.
The camp itself was a blood bath, bits of bodies everywhere.
It wasn't until an officer had set foot into a bear trap that the suspect revealed himself by breaking through a wall.

[#001: The Skin Taker]
The suspect was described to be at least 7 feet tall and with a strong build, practically out muscling every officer present.
Witnesses say the suspect was covered in an awful case of mange and had various growths on his body.
There was also reports of the subject's face being stuck in a horrible snarl that left him constantly drooling.
001 also had various dried pelts on their body, some patterns found to have been matching the missing staff and campers.

The suspect was wielding a rusted hunting knife and an equally rusted bear trap.
The officers began their attack immediately, losing 3 out of the 8 present.
A retreat was ordered but a squad vehicle containing Hayden ████ was overturned in the escape.

Additional forces had arrived just in time to open fire on the "Skin Taker" just as he was dragging Hayden back into the woods.
The suspect fled and Hayden was retrieved.
Hayden ████ is the only surviving civilian and must be kept under observation.

The area is now heavily patrolled and in my opinion should just be burnt to the ground.
