If you're going for surreal, then very good try, if not, then here's a list of things that seriously need work:

Right arm:

Hand is incorrect, lift your right hand up, you'll see where the thumb is, it's on the inside, not on the outside.
The arm seems to be coming from his back, and he doesn't seem to have any shoulders.

Left arm:
Pincer hand, the fingers like that look like a crab arm, pinch your own hand and use it as a model.
If compared to the other arm, muscles also don't seem to be in the same spot, a good idea is to look at people's muscles, see how they work, and use them as a reference.

Torso:
