Hrmmm... Was it REALLY hot while you were gone, then rained? That looks like a heat stress break, I've seen a LOT of that over the past few years... O-O

I can imagine, but it's not a bad repair, just a bother... Gotta love the stress breaks! Call whoever you are going through for your insurance and see who they recommend to do on-site glass repairs, it's the EASIEST way to do it! :)

Yeah. It's a common problem in Texas. First, you get a small chip, then it spreads out across your windshield because of the constant heating and cooling inside your car.
