It's freaking cute! However, one nitpick.. I wish you hadn't separated the kana.. it doesn't make sense that way. It's like, "Shiyawa . . . . . .. . .. ... . . . ..SU"

Don't separate it at all. It's one word. It's kinda like you wrote:

Showe
rs

That line means to drag out the vowel sound in "wa" and cut off the vowel sound in "su".

Lovely~! But there is something about Vaporeon's front paws that seem a little off. They look a little too curvy and thin. Maybe if you make them thicker, they might look better. The lineart looks great though, and your shading and backgrounds are always beautiful~!

Vaporeon has always been my favourite eeveelution. About the only other two I'd rank with it are Leafeon and Glaceon.
