well im not so good at criticizing but, if it helps you to improve... The right arms looks a little unproporcional to the left one; need to improve on the feet design specially on the sizes of each toe. Mh...now talking about the hair design, i think it came out really well, i like it. And and about the background .... im not so fond into that stuff cause i think its unecesary, keeps away the attention on your character and what you want is to stand him out above everything else. Maybe if you use a bold background with light coloring.

Hey, thought you dropped off the face of the earth. *giggles* This came out pretty good. :) I'm noticing a trend that you probably want to just spend a long time sketching and working specifically on limb proportions, since that's an issue in multiple pictures, but otherwise it seems fine!
