Have her harass a hotdog vendor, I can see plenty of cheesy, funny dialogue coming out of that.
The character is already very one dimensional so building a plot structure around her should prove very easy, what are her traits: big, dumb, hungy, horny(?), not that much deeper than a character in a typical porno.
