im liking the color job you did. his expression is very important as well. i think you did a great job showing his intent..to WIN!

Looking at him he seems to see an opening to the body, probably a right hook to the ribs. He's debating because he knows if he throws that blow to the ribs the right side of his face will be open to attack. Left jab, and following with a right hook. He needs to tuck that chin in a wee bit more and bring that left shoulder up to help protect his face. Looks like from the bandage on his left side he might be prone to leaving that side of his face open.
Not to shabby, though! A little work and a bit of practice and this dude could definately be a contender.
