hmm I'm not competent enough maybe to point out mistakes but that wrist looks broken.

I find that I have to import the sound and video files seperately and delay the audio a frames. It's just guesswork finding where it lines up best.

Anyway, this is fine - but doesn't have the same subtlety as the handgun reload animation. It's ok as is, but could use some refining - particular the arm - it feels just as mechanical as the gun, when it should feel fleshy and human.

Just a thought: The arm pumping the action appears to be rigid while the "shoulder" would pull back. The wrist might look more natural if instead you kept the "shoulder" steady, and bent the pumping arm's "elbow" to perform the action.

This looks like something that would belong in DooM. o.o;

This is probably the first clip I've seen that actually does justice to a real 12-gauge sound. Most games make it sound like a howitzer's going off next to your ear... that crisp pop makes me want to go out and trap shoot again! :)

I agree with jodimest. It's rare to hear an audio clip of a shotgun that SOUNDS anything like a shotgun. Damn good job, Brigadierwolf!
