Personality:
Overly active, flighty, and always desiring a laugh, Cosmo is an oddly focused individual with a desire to learn about the universe. Has a clownish sense of humour, and loves to laugh. Highly intelligent, easily getting bored without adequate mental stimulation. Skittish. Selfish. A little childish, but loathes being treated as such. Surprisingly cynical and pessimistic. Motor-mouthed and quick-witted. Enjoys playing pranks on others, especially with and against the mortal companions he takes up from time to time. Often suffers from loneliness. Focused on his work to the point of obsession, and dislikes being torn away from it for any significant amount of time. Enthusiastic. Surprisingly patient. Strong-willed. Believes himself and his work to be unappreciated.

Despite his talents in magical theory and crafting enchantments that are arguably second to none, he is not a capable magician and doesn’t meet the standards set by his more powerful siblings, much to his chagrin. Cosmo’s obsession for the knowledge of how the universe works, as well as the simple desire for friendship and to be taken seriously by others, may very well lead him down an undesirable path.
