That isn't a very easy thing to answer, mostly because its a species I made up when making her lol. Though without writing many pages on what she is and what she can do she is basically a being comprised of billions of cells that all act similar to stem cells in that they can repurpose themselves to complete whatever need is needed at the time, though unlike normal stem cells they can change and reform a limitless number of times. each cell is connected to another in such a way that they can 'bond' together in a way to form a solid body, one like any other solid being, and can separate from one another so that the body takes on a fluid or liquid like state, allowing her body to reform itself into whatever for she desires, with the only limits being that the form must be organically possible to maintain and that she knows how the form works inside and out. Each cell communicates with one another on a hive mind like stricter in that Rena's mine is the 'queen' and the cells are the 'workers', allowing Rena to command and control her body is a way that most would never even be able to comprehend. I could go on longer but I feel like this gets the key points across on what she is, though what she can do would require much more explanation.
