I wanted to make a 3d photo and my little fan seemed like it would be interesting to make 3d.
The fan is about 4in (7.6cm) and i use it at my desk. My tape deck and Macintosh SE are in the background.
To make the 3d action work, cross your yes at the photos until they join together.
Creating one of these is actually rather simple. But a camera with a viewfinder is(almost)essential.
1.) Find something visually interesting that has some depth.
2.) Take 2 pictures, one with your left eye and another with your right. Make sure to use the same
zoom level. Point the camera at the object by looking at it and then putting the viewfinder up
to each eye, you don't need to/shouldn't point the crosshairs at the same spot on the object.
3.) Load both pictures onto your computer and open them both in separate windows.
4.) Put the left eye picture on the left and the right on the right.
5.) Make them both smaller and the same size by dragging the windows smaller using zoom to fit.
6.) Place the edges of each photo together and align them to make one long, left to right rectangle.
7.) Take a screenshot of it.
8.) Open the screenshot and cut&paste the picture part of the screenshot into a new window.
9a.) Test the new picture(cross your eyes at it) to make sure it works.(go back and fix it if necessary.)
9b.) Save the picture that you put in the new window to disk. Name it something creative if you intend to share it.
That's all there is to it. : )

Aheeheee! I crossed my eyes and got them to synch into a single image, but they looked all funny and weird. Was awesome ^^. I tried it out in full view, but couldn't get muh eyeballs to cross enough to end up blending the images... They got to spazzing around after a short while, so I just giggled and stopped
