A early look of my Brandy & Mr. Whiskers' fan-character Irma Marcus for the story I suppose to start around early-2018. I trying to make it clean without any needs of shaddings for a change.

I tried to make it look like an official character but give it a more to what the original cartoon have waste to me. Remember the story will happen when Brandy came back at her Florida but that things have definitely change since she was stuck at the Amazon Rainforest. Tiffany will appear it too, but don't going to make a speech about that Sandy or whatever Brandy's clone. I hated her in her first and last appearence. Probably the worst time of the show ever. (There is many times I will call it worst but this one is evident to a stock formula who run out of ideas already!)
