I'm not sure if Rocket would let anyone else get away with this, though I guess Peter Quill might be the most likely to try tickling him but probably get bitten or shot at by a rather large gun. Despite his grumpy attitude though, I expect he appreciates it on some level to be able to loosen up and laugh and it might even bring back some memories of when Groot was bigger, so Baby Groot displaying the same determination and ingenuity in tickling him is probably a happy experience on that level as well. I suppose if anyone asks about the laughter he'd deny it though.
A nice touch with giving Rocket the humanoid style of feet here, and you did a very good job overall with making him look adorable, though probably smiling more than we'll ever see him in the movies. Thecriminalpanther did some excellent work as well with the colouring and shading, and I think overall with the collaboration there's the best of both of your styles, just as you should get with a good collaboration.

Yeah, Quill, of all the members of the Guardians would totally mess with Rocket by tickling and peeve him off intentionally, but with Groot plus his innocence from being a toddler, he'd pretty much love a good laugh from his close friend, or in this case, I think, nephew (Hehe, Uncle Rocket XD)

Awww this is really cute! Rocket's adorable soles and toes look amazingly soft and squishy. And of course, very very ticklish! I just LOVE how you draw his feet! And would love very much to see more stuff with Rocket from you again sometime.
