An absolutely gorgeous, rich London blue hue topaz. Spent a good bit of time speculating it under my loupe, but it does appear to be internally flawless.
Asking Price - Has a refractive index within Aquamarine.... Going to be taking this to an expert some time soon.

I can walk it in today to get their opinion, but the local jeweler here did not have a microscope to really determine topaz from aqua (brought the fancy cut one in alongside the 1.41ct sapphire the other day). Im in no position either to really screw around, so if you have a price in mind, shoot me an offer.
