"Good morning Tropico! This is Juanito on TNT radio with breaking news! The environmentalists were alarmed this morning when a whale was spotted stranded on one of our many great tropican beaches, however after they and tourists fled to the scene to help only to find that it's only our great El Presidente relaxing on the beach under the glorious tropican sun!"
