oh? how would i appose such a creature as yourself in the first place? surely its a fool's erent... i would rather stay out of your way... the information i could gather from such ruins could be invaluable in doing as such. besides, is it not more enjoyable to play with your food?
A monster always lurks in darkness
Because, we think, that's whence it came
And so, so long as we are sunlit
We'll shall be safe from things unnamed
But a monster rarely is contented
With simply lurking in the gloom
Her scales seem to lose their lustre
(Besides, she thinks, there isn't room)
So when she comes into the sunlight
Be not afraid and let her in
Let coils burn with bright corona
Observe the eclipse of her grin
And if she blocks your little sunlight
And looms with eyes a-glowing gold
Just fall into those heavy coils
Your bargain's made, your soul is sold
But don't worry, she'll be quite gentle
(Though she'll still take your breath away)
And when her games have all been played out
(And left your vision tinged with grey)
You'll find you have one final service
To give unto your scaled queen
But once again, no need to worry
Those lips will let you slide between
That tongue that's teased you taunts you tides you
Will guide you down the hot abyss
And if she's kind she'll let you glimpse it
And feel a final sunlit kiss
But then the jaws must sadly close
And all you are's a sinking swell
And the monster's come out of the darkness
And claimed the sun, and you as well.
Yeah, uh, I really like the lighting here. Great stuff. You do look better in the light, and he'll look better in you.
