Actually, I was about to title this "A Moment of Insanity" since Hiro's mostly having an inner monologue here and it's barely coherent, but I let the title stick.
So yeah as said earlier, it's Hiro having another inner monologue. Just a brief pause before the big shebang at the Bon Festival.
