LOL. Now that you mention it, they do look similar.
Yeah, it does look like it's from that period. And Brachio's looks like a caveman model. But I give the show credit that they gave each character a unique bathing suit. Especially in a time when cartoon characters hardly ever changed their clothes. Maybe they thought they were gonna get more than one toy line out this show, instead of the not-quite-one they wound up with.
