Eyes: Blue and aqua green. Blue eye glowing harshly with a black iris surrounding the blue pupil

Normal clothes: A dark grey hoodie with a lighter grey line going up the middle.

Battle clothes: same but hood up and in moments of fierce combat body becomes incased in blue fire and ripped up bat like wings shoot out painfully usually covered in his own blue blood.

Scars: Torse full of multiple and healed bullet holes.

Short background: Scotty was the leader of the "Hero Program" during the great war. along side Xinixx Rad's "brother in arms" after the war Rad was nominated to be the soul protector of Burntrock City. Xinixx out of jealousy killed Scotty's Husband and Adopted son. Xinixx believed killing Scotty, went missing. Now Scotty takes on the name Rad and protects the world and the weak asking for his existence to remain a secret. those who ask for him simply call him "The Blue Flame"
